- Please review the booking and cancellation policies for the bookings. In case you make a change or cancel the booking, the cancellation penalties specified may apply.
- You may be asked to furnish the form of payment and identification proofs during check-in.
- Other inclusions not listed as a part of this booking may be chargeable.

Restrictions:
- Passport, Aadhar and Driving License are accepted as ID proof.
- Pets are not allowed
- Outside Food is not allowed
- Smoking in rooms is not permitted.
- An extra bed will be provided to accommodate any additional guest subject to availability and charges.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel your reservation for no charge before 7 days prior to check-in date.
No Cancellation or amendment is allowed within 7 days prior to arrival.
For all Peak Dates- Christmas/New Year/ Pushkar Mela bookings are 100% non-refundable.
Please note that we will assess 100% fee is you must cancel after this deadline
Guarantee Policy
100% advance deposit will be taken at the time of booking.
We are happy to accept credit card payments for your stay with us. To ensure that your room is ready for you upon arrival, we will charge the card that you have provided to secure your reservation, in line with our payment policy.
